  • Here we go week 3! This should be a good week for me - I am doing a "juice til dinner" cleanse which I started on Saturday and runs until Wednesday.   • @aston2045 - do you net your calories if you burn? I aim for 1,200 a day as well, but I eat more when I work out. I feel like it's good to net when you have a lower calorie intake like us. We need calories to help fuel our workouts! :)
