Yes because don't measure when I go on binges nor parties. In fact I haven't been keeping track in a long time.

My biggest obstacle is food. I am always hungry and can't say no to junk food. Also not crazy about fruit and veggies and can't cook much. Another issue is that I hate measuring portions because they take too long in the morning.

My issues are controlling what I eat, not getting enough fruit and veggies because I don't prefer to eat them, not enough energy to exercise, and not liking to take the time to measure my food. I have been trying to eat healthier such as having a salad for lunch.

I have a food addiction too. I've had it for as long as I can remember. There were a few times in my life where I successfully lost weight. I'm starting to realize that one of the reasons I'm so tired is because my legs can't carry my weight.

I've noticed it's only on the bus that I have to repeatedly sit myself up. I've also noticed that when I'm at customer service and there's no customers I tend to hunch over.

Logging is hard for me to do because I tend to do it after I eat. When I'm eating mindlessly I have no idea how much I'm eating of eat food. At dinner my parents usually fix my plate for me.

Mindless eating does occur randomly to me. I don't say to myself ok let's raid the pantry or the fridge. In fact nothing is going through my mind when I'm doing it. Like I said previously I've been doing it since I was a young kid so almost 30 years.

My sleep is poor. I've got sleep apnea, chronic anemia, and recently told that my ferritin and isat levels showed that I have inflammation through my body. Joy I'm not crazy about vegetables and fruit.

I probably could but most of the time I'm still groggy from sleeping on the bus. I use a paratransit service since I'm unable to drive.

I'm not even hungry when I eat mindlessly. I just automatically do it when I'm home alone. I know I have things to do but don't feel like doing them as soon as I walk in the door.

I need help logging my meals. Majority of the time my parents cook dinner and fix my plate. How do I log it in? I'm not good at judging portion sizes and still depend on actually measuring beforehand.

I have at least 150 lbs to lose. I've been overweight practically my entire life. I've tried several times to use mfp, but I have a hard time making commitments. I need lots of daily motivation. I also think I have binge eating disorder.

I don't know if this is the right group, but I'm pretty sure I'm a binge eater. I haven't been diagnosed with it officially, but according to some research the symptoms almost fit me to a t.

I also binge eat almost on a daily basis. I've been doing it since I was 5 and will be 34 in a couple of months.

I have hypothyroidism too along with other health issues. I have no energy to exercise when I get home from work. I'm a cashier and stand on my feet anywhere from 4 to 8 hours a day.

I couldn't complete my diary because mfp said I didn't eat enough, but I'm sure I was over due to binging.
