I am tracking right now, until I get back into a good routine. I strayed too far from 80/20 and need to relearn what that looks like/feels like. I will probably stop tracking after a couple of weeks.

Red wine makes me do bad things :\ It triggers cravings for non-primal foods and makes it hard to stay on track. I'm going to finish the bottle I've opened then stay away for awhile. Looking forward to the February challenge.

I joined little late so I'm really only on day 21, but I'm down about 5 or 6 pounds. I want to do this again, for a full month and see what happens. I don't have that much to lose so I'm more interested in developing a lifestyle.

I eat cooked then chilled potatoes sometimes for the resistant starch. My macros are pretty close to everyone else's (15/25/60 c/p/f). I…

I was doing whole 30 but switched to the Primal 21 day challenge once I saw it on Mark Sisson's website. I think doing resets a couple of times a year will be very motivating. So far I'm doing great, day 9 for me.
