  • I am tracking right now, until I get back into a good routine. I strayed too far from 80/20 and need to relearn what that looks like/feels like. I will probably stop tracking after a couple of weeks.
  • Red wine makes me do bad things :\ It triggers cravings for non-primal foods and makes it hard to stay on track. I'm going to finish the bottle I've opened then stay away for awhile. Looking forward to the February challenge.
  • I joined little late so I'm really only on day 21, but I'm down about 5 or 6 pounds. I want to do this again, for a full month and see what happens. I don't have that much to lose so I'm more interested in developing a lifestyle.
  • Yes! I'm doing the challenge and subscribed to the primal reset Cindy mentioned. I ignored the workout portion yesterday because I needed the rest but I usually follow all the suggestions. It is really making me see primal as a lifestyle and not just a way of eating.

  • I tend to hold on to water after a weight training workout. Could be something as simple as that. Also, stress can cause a little weight gain or retention. 2 pounds is so little that there are probably lots of reasons for the blip on your scale.

  • I love parsnips so they are like a treat for me, same with a good japanese sweet potato. I like to toss in a higher carb day every once in awhile so that usually means root vegetables.   • I was doing whole 30 but switched to the Primal 21 day challenge once I saw it on Mark Sisson's website. I think doing resets a couple of times a year will be very motivating. So far I'm doing great, day 9 for me.
