Depends.. BMI is not a good indication of health. I think it's your energy level, menstrual cycle, hair, nails etc. that will tell if you are at a good health. Some of us are just born with a larger bone strucuture, hence BMI 21 maybe too low. Some of us are at smaller frame, hence BMI 19 may be completely healthy.…

I came out from a deficit, in 3 weeks i gained 5 - 8 lbs. and now i've been maintaing at the same weight for the past 2 weeks.

No such thing as reverse dieting. When you come out from a deficit or cut your body WILL gain weight. to replenish glycogen and water. Could it be you are trying to go below your body's "happy weight" ? Every one as a natural set point body weight range. when you go below it and try to maintaian, you will feel cold, tired,…

Question that every ED recovery person has is: Does the water weight ever goes down? Or it just remains

People who stop counting and gain weight in a short period of time have not truly mastered the meaning of a truly healthy lifestyle. They only managed to maintain due to numbers, but their mind is not tuned to eat in moderation, their mind is not tuned to say "I can still enjoy good food, candies and indulgence in…

5 days to 1 week and to also judge by how i'm feeling. If i do feel hunger, and i dont see any weight gain i wont wait any longer. Hunger is a biological signal that your body needs food.

It's probably just water weight. My weight went up by 5lbs when i increased 200 calories. Soon enough, it started to stabalise again, with no net gain.

I'm doing a 2500-2700 calories.. 106 protein and 65 fats .those 2 are minimum, once I've hit them, I'll let the rest of the macros fall in place.., 1800 seems like a maintenance . U could start with 2300 - 2500.

Mfp calories count ain't the best as the don't consider activity level. Use iifym.com I get much better results there.

But there's this 'theory' on how fructose are being digested which will then be stored as fats when one is consuming a calories surplus. I just don't want to work hard in the gym and when nutrition which is 80% of the hard work goes off track.

Oats 1 serving to me is 1/2 cup = 50g. 30g is too little!

I was tested on that machine. And many other machines. The readings were consistent across. So yes, I would say that the machine is pretty accurate enough. Anyway, if you have the money to spend on a proper test, go ahead :) but these machines are just an indication and Goo enough at giving you a consistent progress (to…
