Tips On Gaining Weight

i currently weight 45kg, i do not gain weight what so ever and im incredibly thin!!i also look thin i would like to gain weight and look like i have gained weight does anybody have any tips for me to gaining weight i am trying to eat 3000 calories per day does any body have any food suggestions??, if you do thank you x

    Also, are you logging accurately, weighing all your foods?

    Other options are
    1) drinking calories
    2) full fat everything (whole milk rather than skim)
    3) add oil to your foods
    4) nuts and peanut butter as snacks

    Bags of nuts are quite easy to eat and they'll have around 600 calories per packet.
    Also, try eating honey...it's a good way to add carbs to my diet I find and it can be quite calorie dense.
    Just yesterday I ended up having oats with honey and peanut butter - quite dense.

    I to am trying to gain weight....I've never weighed over 115 and that's after having 2 babies...with my son who is a little over a month old I got up to 130 but as soon as I delivered I went right back to my pre-birth weight...the hardest part for me is also keeping the foods healthy for my family who are slightly overweight

    Eat all the food you can and do a progressive lifting program so you can maximize some muscle gains in there too...
