  • See that is the thing I struggle with - I actually like liquid meals, at least in the morning, and I find I never feel full enough off regular breakfast items. Sometimes I do greek yogurt and its alright for a while but I have a hard time finding good filling breakfasts that I actually enjoy and can eat with my busy…
  • Current weight: 114 lbs Goal Weight: 105 lbs August goal: 110 lbs (losing 4 lbs - 1 per week) - Seems reasonable? I hope! I really want to drink more water and eat less sugar, but most importantly I want to feel more confident :)
  • Hi everyone! I;m Emily - I've never joined a group but I have been lacking the motivation lately and you all sound super supportive! I'm 23 and live in Canada. I have been trying to add 2-3 workouts per week all summer and eat healthier but I definitely haven't been sticking to it as well as I wanted to be. It's the last…
  • Wow I never thought to heat it up! I'll have to try that!
  • Thanks for all the input! I do like the taste, and I wasn't sure about the fat or the avocado. That whole good fat/bad fat situation confuses me. It works for me as a light breakfast or a lunch time snack. I prefer the half avocado but I like the easy protein from the cottage cheese.
  • I've done 5 days of week 1 and just started week 2 yesterday. Oh boy it was tough! I love the support here though, it makes me want to keep it up and stick with it :)
  • Thank you both so much! I definitely think it won't be a week exactly for each. i'm aiming for maybe 5-8 sessions of each level, or until I feel like I have it down pat. Thank you!
  • Any advice on the days/weeks.. I started week 1 last Monday and only did it 3 days, and then yesterday did week 1 again. I'm at a total of week 1/day 4 but I don't know when I should start week 2 since I'm not following it every single day.. Any helpful hints or thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks :)
  • Hi! I've never commented before but this got my interest! I started Ripped in 30 on Monday and I can barely walk up the stairs now! I'm excited though
