I've had one for a couple years now. I've made many things with it like others have mentioned. But the thing I make most in it is yogurt. I have the version with a Yogurt program on it, and it works amazing for it.

I like the whole damn bird! But I have been using a lot of leg quarters lately, they're inexpensive and tasty!

I'm not sure I agree with that. I have less than 100 friends on my list, yet have won 3-4 different FB contests. Interesting thought though.

Some of those look pretty tasty, but it feels like there are less new "OMG" foods this year.

I've been tweeting them with my non-winners, I have to say their social media team is pretty on point. They're fast with liking tweets and their responses have been pretty epic!

I've found it easier to measure out the protein powder in the bottom of a container and put the yogurt on top of it, makes less of a mess when mixing it up and easier to incorporate it more fully. May be less convenient if you're using a single serving tub of yogurt but I generally portion from a larger container of…

Is "ALL THE FLAVORS!!!" an acceptable answer?

The pizza portion of the Stuffed Crust is about the same size as a medium slice, so best guesstimate would be to subtract the calories of a medium slice from the calories of a stuffed crust slice. In the quick search I did, that comes out to about 120 cals per.

My usual list from Aldi: Rotisserie Chicken lunch meat Sliced Muenster cheese Peanut butter dark chocolate protein bars Steamable frozen Brussels sprouts Steamable frozen California blend veggies Eggs Milk Bananas Whole milk yogurt (used as starter) Frozen Pizzas I love that Aldi opened up in my town :)

I caved yesterday and had to get my Unicorn on. I didn't think the mango was too powerful, but the last few sips definitely had that sour punch. Was interesting, would be better with some rum tho!

You can have them all!

I think it would be easier to list things that I WOULDN'T binge on! Like celery and black licorice... everything else is GAME ON! :D

I tried the almond butter granola cups awhile back, and I honestly wasn't impressed. They were dry and had an odd, almost burnt taste to them. Maybe I got unlucky, or they may just not be for me.

Amazingly, my local WalMart now has a few HT pints, so I picked up the PB cup and Cookie Dough. I enjoyed the PB flavor of the PB cup, got a few bits of swirl in there. Also had quite a few cookie dough chunks in the other pint. Was happy that it was under $5 each too! Will still be an occasional treat though.

Molasses and honey go great together. I use both when I make bread, so tasty!

I was also going to recommend cutting the pork into cubes. Last time I made pulled port in my IP, i added a 375ml bottle of Garlic cooking wine from a local winery, hit the Meat button, upped the time to 45 minutes for 3 lbs of pork, and it melted into a delicious pile of awesome! Keep trying things out, and you will find…

I have to agree with genetics over nutrition for height potential. Case in point: I was adopted at birth and was raised with an older brother and younger sister. I grew to be 6'5, where my brother is only 5'8 and my sister is 5'4. We ate most of the same foods growing up. After learning about my birth family and their…

I make sandwiches the night before. Deli chicken breast with a slice of cheese, and a smear of spicy mustard on homemade multigrain bread. Pair that with some carrots or broccoli and pork rinds (yes, pork rinds! no carbs, decent amounts of protein and fat)

I definitely agree with bringing a cooler. Some friends and I took a road trip to Las Vegas last year, and packed it with water, milk, sandwiches, string cheese, apples, carrots, and the like. We still hit a couple fast food places for a more substantial meal but we could at least reduce the amount of gas station snacking.…

Good find on this article. The fact that the Instant Pot is a company of engineers who focused on the quality of the product first explains a lot on why it works so well.

The pork usually ends up very juicy with plenty of flavor, but I will sometimes take some reserved liquid and cook it a bit to marry the flavors. I'll sometimes add this to a homemade (or store-bought if time is an issue) BBQ sauce as well.

I don't have a smoker either, but I have had good luck with oven-roasted pulled pork. I mix ACV, apple juice or hard cider or beer, a bit of liquid smoke, and dry rub together and inject this into the pork butt. Cook it at 250 for 10-12 hours, and it is fall apart delicious... Sadly no pictures though.

My referral code: irgouwe Too bad the HT rebate is for Hyvee and Whole Foods, both stores are quite a drive away... maybe when I'm out and about next :) Speaking of iBotta and new foods, have you guys tried out the Buck Wild tortilla chips? They're pretty tasty, and have a $1 rebate on iBotta when bought from WalMart

Was finally able to find Halo Top nearby, and I have to say its pretty tasty. Slightly grainy texture, but the flavors I've tried have been good. I've tried the chocolate and mint chip so far, with the mint being my favorite of the two. At $5.49 a pint here, I'm not sure I can justify adding it to my regular grocery list…

Apparently, pistachios. I ended up going through a half pound bag of shell-on pistachios yesterday... they're so tasty...

I've had good luck with the chocolate and vanilla flavors, agree that the peanut cookie was not great. The flavor drops seem to be decent flavor, but I've only tried the mocha so far.

Seconded. You can find deals to get 11lb bags of protein for around $50 frequently. It mixes well, and I've had good luck with the chocolate and vanilla flavors. I got a bag of unflavored that I have yet to try. Other flavors can be hit or miss depending on your personal tastes tho.
