I'm curious as to what food/drink sabotages your otherwise healthy day.
Mine is anything cinnamon, bakery, or goddamn Papa John's pizza and chicken wings. >_<

My new weakness is tortilla chips dipped in Nutella.
Which I had after Papa John's pizza.
Which I had after raiding the junk food supply at my workplace for Nutter Butter.
And I lost 0.2 lb0 -

I could go for weeks without anything sweet. But stick cheese/crackers/chips and anything salty in front of me... Add in some wine and It's over0

My two weaknesses are nuts (any kind) and frosted cookies from the grocery store bakery, my partner got me a pack (12) last night and I ate four.1

chips - mostly potato but I can eat a large bag of just about any chip if you put it in front of me0

Grease. Greasy burgers, greasy hash browns, greasy cheese steak sub. Yum!!!!
Very rare for me now, but I can't live without it. I considered grease one of my main food groups and that's exactly why I'm here on MFP trying to undo all the fatty delicious damage.4 -
Chocolate. Always chocolate. And alcohol when with friends - I don't drink that often, but when I do, I find it very hard to restrict it. Awful!0

Actually control my self, when i do shopping. So be control don't buy all the unhealthy stuff, like chocolate, chips and icecream0

Kraft Mac & Cheese and Rosemary & Olive Oil Triscuits... gah. I could eat the entire box of either one if its in front of me.1

Baked sweets - cookies, cakes, pies, oh my! If they are within my ability to obtain them, I will eat them ALL. I'm like a junkie. Anything else, I can portion control. Not flour and sugar. Although I did walk away from the cheese danish that was on clearance in the deli/bakery yesterday - yay me!2
