That's definitely the low end of the BMI for someone your height. Maybe some strength exercises to build muscle and increase your weight would make you appear healthier? :) Congrats on the weight loss though!

Find healthier solutions :) I have a pizza addiction so I started making my own little pizzas with whole wheat pitas, chicken, fresh pineapple, a little cheese, and tomato sauce. Feel free to add me! I started last month as well. Perhaps it's your food choices? Otherwise, your body is probably in survival mode since you're eating less. It's storing all of the excess that it can :)

A little at a time :) Try make better choices and substitutions where you can. My doctor always tells me to eat half of whatever I put on my plate
