Nike makes plus size workout clothes - at least to a 3x - I just bought some at Scheels. I also really like the workout clothes at Lane Bryant.

I want to lose at least 130 pounds, I'm 21 down so far. Mom of 3, two jobs, and getting my Master's degree. We can do this! Feel free to add me!

I seriously laughed out loud!

I can't decide between an hour or so at the gym or a nap.

I'm not a germaphobe, but I worry about germs at the gym, so I disinfect every machine I use thoroughly before I use it.

Except for group water classes, I much prefer to go alone. I like to work out longer than my friends and I need to focus on me.

Aging at 29?? LOL I wish I was 29 again.

You've gotten some good advice already. I just wanted to note that unless you are measuring your coffee creamer/half and half, you are taking in a whole bunch of calories that you don't even realize. A serving of coffee creamer is very small and the calories add up very quickly. You could easily be drinking a couple…

If you are not weighing your food and not losing weight then you are eating more than you think you are.

I had the band done more than 5 years ago. If I had it to do over, I would not have done it. I am losing more weight using MFP than I ever did with the band.

What does the front say? Do they make some type of claim related to diet?

Oh, and to answer your question. You don't lose the same amount each week because weight loss is not linear and a good percentage of weight lost at the beginning is water.
-
I'm curious as to why you would spend the money to have a doctor weigh you every two weeks? Buy a scale and buy more food for your family. A typical office visit could easily buy a week or two worth of healthy and satisfying groceries for a family of 7. Maybe I am missing something here.

You are eating more than you think - get a food scale and weigh your food.

Weight loss is not linear. :)

Many people here strongly suggest the use of a food scale as it is much more accurate than using measuring cups for solids.

Can you fit a taco or two into your daily calorie goal?

If the details on the product and the database entry match you must be correct (I'm being serious, not sarcastic). :) Must be a different product than what I was reading about.

I was curious about the skimmed milk issue, so I looked it up. Based on what I found, semi-skimmed milk has 155 calories for 300 mls. (For those of us in the US, semi-skimmed milk is equal to 2% milk.) I looked in the MFP database and I think the entry you are using is just simply wrong. AND, this means that you are…

Hmm lemonade.

I looked at a week of your diary and these are my few questions/thoughts. Are you using the calorie goal given to you by MFP? For your homemade entries are you using the recipe builder and accurate on those numbers? Are you eating back exercise calories and if so, are you eating all of them or just a percentage? If you are…

I need 8-10 hours a night. Have you been tested for sleep apnea?

You need to recalculate your info on your computer, not on your phone. The app has a glitch and it should not be giving you less than 1200 calories. Start there and your macros will adjust accordingly, then you can mess with them how you like.

I don't have any issues with gluten, but I am extremely grateful there isn't a Krispy Kreme anywhere near my twisted obsession with hot donuts. I once ate a dozen on the drive home from a business trip. End results were not pleasant.

My first thought is how would you keep your heart rate elevated for that many hours?

I started this journey at 302.2 the beginning of January and am also 5'7". You can do this! Trust me, if I can do this, you can do this. I am down 21 pounds and am feeling great. You need to decide if you want it though. I suggest you set your goal to lose 1 pound per week, follow the calories MFP gives you, and start…

What does MFP suggest based on the stats you entered?
