I delete my exercise cals from my daily total and add them all to my Saturday total so I can eat, drink and be merry. ;)

Runmeter is brilliant. It tracks everything including average speed and cadence and includes maps of your run. Plus you can do 5k,10k half marathon or full marathon training with it. Can't recommend it enough
