These sound good to me, dairy (well soy) is probably where I get a lot of my protein, I have been having eggs lately, but often I feel a little ill after more than one of them. I can't give you professional advice on anything, but maybe just share a little of what I've learn. -If you eat big portions try slowly serving a little less for yourself each meal, so your not experiencing extreme hunger from cutting portion down to quick. Have a glass of water with your meals to help you fill up more.…
