That all makes sense. I am normally really good about drinking water during the day. But i recently changed jobs and am out of my old rhythm of drinking regularly. I know i am dehydrated at the moment as all the internal processes aren't working properly. No1 goal this week is to drink enough water!

Yes you can sleep and swim in it no problem. You just empty and clean it every 12 hours. and once you get used it putting it in right they don't leak, or dry you out.

It freaking rocks! I will never go back and have converted about 6 other women to it. everyone says the same thing! you have to get over the slightly more interaction when using it as apposed to tampons. but it's well worth it. Well done you! My jeans have been hanging off too. so i was brave and went to the wardrobe this week and dug out an older pair that i haven't worn for a year and they fit! yay us!

I do a soft cheese spread, with lemon juice and chilli flakes. and then wrap the chicken in parma ham with the fat cut off. It's a little fiddley but well worth it.

I've been following the slimming world principles and recipes in combination with tracking my calories on here. For me it's working well. I life the structure it provides and the low fat recipes. i just need to get off my slightly smaller than it was bum and do some exercise!
