Good call FanaticAboutFitness. I'm putting my results up now. This past two months have been a little up and down. I've been working long hours and tried to get in my exercise when I could. I have lost weight but not as much as I would've liked. Hopefully the next two months are better. LET'S DO THIS!!! :#

Good point. I have noticed that I do have the most weight loss after a day or so of recovery. Ok. I feel better now.

Yea I've read that as well. Doesn't your body get used to it at some point and that I shouldn't gain that much weight over time? Or is that just how it's always going to be? Thanks for the reply
