I have complainers about my acrylic nails even. I guess they think I am a fast woman or something. I do have a big personality that wants to hug everyone. It seems there is always someone diminish us.

I am extra friendly. I am extreme extrovert. It has been hard to quail this in my life. I look at and see them as people with a great heart, kinda like God sees them. Large or small I love people. I want to hug them.

BAZH yes carring weight in you middle/ being Apple shaped is very bad for your health. When I put on any weight at all I am round like a beach ball a. I weigh 106 and have cholesterol problems. Weight in the hips and thighs is much healthier.

I am like the one on the upper left but less buttocks and more waist. I have 3 inch smaller waist than the hip. This causes me a cholesterol problem. Kissed... I am doing just that. I am doing what I can to keep a waist line. When I was in the best condition of my grown up life I had a 32 inch hip. I am heavier now and still have a narrow hip. The waist line try's to fill in.

tavistock. I personally like the hippy bone structure. However many many people hate me because I have quite slim hips. I in line at the store seeing the female hippy look and want it for myself. I am and have used it since April. I mostly use it to keep an more accurate count if what I have burned. I have been very close to goal for years but lost 6 pounds last year to fit my clothes better. I am older and have lost some muscle mass. My daily food allowance is 1270 if I do no exsercise.

I have the clip on one. If you do a elliptical make sure to post it on MFP and it will show extra calories burned while wearing it. fit bit shows how much distance you have traveled across the ground. So going up stairs you don't travel forward that much. I do love mine I have worn it every day since mid March.

I want have a cleaner house. I need to think about actually cleaning one room a day from what I was told.

I put on gel hand disinfectant every few days. It cut the bacteria that causes the bad smell to start with. As far as sweating less I don't know the answer.

Middlehaith.... My story and weight is the same as yours. Age 59 in February. I was 130 at 45.i lost to 116. I am very small boned. Slowly my body changed but not the weight. I worked hard to stay at the new weight. I journaled for 4 soild years. Then with help of MFP lost to 106 so to fit my clothes and not go up a size.

The thing is you need be careful and be very accurate in your calorie counting. I couldn't lose the last 5 until I got on MFP and was detailed in my count.

I am 5"2' 106 and nearly 59 years old. My waist is 28 and hips 33.5. I am quite small framed. I show no ribs. I wear size 4. Many pants swallow my hips.

Do this for the future you. Think of how much you would feel in the future if you don't get do the right things now.

I tell myself I will just do 5 min of my work out. Then i actually do more when i am doing it. The hardest part is just getting started. I am nearly 59. I want to be a fit person as I age. Many people my age have problems waking. The next thing is just turning over in their own bed.

I will be 59 in 2 months. I have always watched my weight. When I was 45 I was 20 pounds over ideal weight even though I only ate when I was hungry. I lost that 20 pounds. Again this thread caught my eye. Yes people don't know what a healthy weight is. At my age of nearly 59 I still have people making remarks. I have heard the you're too thin thing all my adult life. I lost 20 pounds 15 years ago. I had no waist because I have a very small frame. I am at ideal weight. Yes they are jealous. Keep up your good fight. You are saving your own life. Thin bullying is worse I my eye than fat bullying.

Maintance is difficult for most people. I work at it and have done so for 15 years. More power to you. People think that once we lose weight we don't have to worry any more. It is more difficult than losing in my view. I say you did good and wonderful work.

I ate too much soy and found my toes went numb. It took 6 months to get the feeling back. I eat a few things with soy in it now but for a while even if I ate small amount it would cause my toes to go numb.

I think most people have them. Surgery is the only way to get rid of them.

I some times swear off some things. One year it was burgers. Then an other year it was fries. I ate them for a New Years treat. I am at goal so I eat things like this every few weeks now. When my son was young he was very under weight. After writing every thing down for weeks I found out fresh vegetables made him have loose bowels. He had a bad illness when he was 4 months old. The last calories are a smaller percent of the total you need for maintance is the deal. Keep a more accurate count of each calorie is the other thing. The fit bit has been helping a lot in recent months.

When I am hungry I say to myself I am hungry. If I am wanting to eat something I ask myself if I am wanting something because I am upset or the like. I try eating right as much as possible.

Yes I think ideal isn't a thin ideal as most might think. I think I need to go about lower because I am small boned in my hips and I have no buttocks and small breast at 34B. If you are not showing ribs I think your not too thin.
