  • You said it in your statement, You should solely rely on the scale. You are mostly building muscle which is replacing some of the fat. If the scale isn't budging look at your inches. we don't always lose weight and inches. For many it's either one or the other first.
  • CharlieDavis5500: Try adding the Cardio first before lowering you calories and see if you start loosing again. That's if you are sticking to a healthy meal plan. ( I dislike the word DIET) :)
  • The high carb low carb plan is called carb cycling. You can google it. I did it for two weeks but itbwasn't for me. I found thato n my low carb days I had no energy.   • Have you tried changing up your diet/ workouts. If you are continuously doing the same thing over and over again. Your body will adjust so you have to Change it up every few weeks.
