Question for P90Xers

I'm currently on my recovery week of my first P90X session and have a question for those who have been through this: do you tend to see any weight loss during this week? I stepped on the scale today and really haven't budged from the beginning (though I have lost in my waist). I know I shouldn't rely totally on the scale, but DAMN I wish I could see some movement.

Regardless, I'm not really following their recovery week, but mixing in some Kempo with an hour of treadmill on those days I don't P90X.

    You said it in your statement, You should solely rely on the scale. You are mostly building muscle which is replacing some of the fat. If the scale isn't budging look at your inches. we don't always lose weight and inches. For many it's either one or the other first.
