I don't always get hungry. Usually when I have my protein shake it takes me forever to finish it. I have no idea what a good calorie number would be for me

That's awesome Almost everyone has positive things to say about it! I'll have to look at jillians program. I got the NordicTrack X11i treadmill she advertises and ugh that thing kills on incline.

You could get a macro counter app. See if you're getting the protein you need and not overdoing your carbs (too much fruit). This may not work for everyone but it did me when I started adding more meat like chicken and fish. Only one large fruit and a mini one per day as a goal.

I'm only in alpha and there's been no equipment needed. Other than a yoga mat which I don't use.

@CollieFit I need a basket like yours!!! I would be scared to take him anywhere with a lot traffic. He hated it at first but as soon as I got him comfortable with the idea I took him around the block. Now every day I say "you ready for your bike ride?" And he gets soooo excited! @ghouli of course! Lol I love all animals!!!!

Yeah! The first few days I thought I was going to die with all the jumping and being up on your toes lol. But it's cool noticing each day that you get a little better! 22 pounds is awesome! @heatherrt06 you can do it! We can both do it and push each other!!!

@ngolden3320 I love it. 25 min goes so fast it's way more realistic for my schedule and some days I try to do two. I've done Brazilian butt lift and insanity and I think this ones my favorite
