Very insightful! I 'usually' won't touch the 'not for me' food. But when binge hunger hits, I might have 'just one' - and really savor it - and maybe 'one' of those too - and deliberately enjoy it - and... oh heck, I guess I'm really hungry! I'll have some of my good food now - and maybe even a little more because I'm soooβ¦

You hit the nail on the head for me - both why and what happens. I think boredom plays a huge role for me too. When I'm engaged/enjoying what I'm doing, I don't even think about food. In fact, when I'm busy I'll forget to eat and end up famished - which is also a slippery slope!! Thanks for your insights. π€

That was totally helpful! As I was reading it I was thinking 'damn right' and cheering you on. Guess I'm a little bitter about this. π€£

Totally feel your disappointment. I had a less than stellar week too:( Let's hold each other accountable this week. I'll be watching for your post next week. π€

Great job! You are a real inspiration. Thank You!!

Ugh!! π¬Struggled with over-eating this week! π€¦ββοΈ The good news is I know why: 1) stress-related eating/drinking (had a couple of unpleasant disagreements with partner over an addition to our house that left a cloud over us). π 2) Lots of manual labor on the addition left me famished. π No excuses though, bottom line: Iβ¦

Went to my granddaughters graduation. When I arrived in a tie-at-the-waist top, my daughter said to my daughter-in-law (half jokingly), 'OMG, she's wearing a crop-top' and my daughter-in-law replied (half jokingly) 'bi*ch'. LOL, made my day!!

OMG, that is huge!! Solid work - yay you.πππ

BMI in 'normal/ideal' range... Bam, no more 'over-weight' numbers!!!

WoooHooo... those WTF scale days are stressful. But yay for you!!

Ditto! Keep on keeping on! Crazy how the darn scale fluctuates - up down all around!!

Pushed out my stomach as far as I could (just a wild hair:) and could still see my feet!! Used to have to suck it in to see my feet. π€£

Darn bronchitis is still with me. π I got a couple good workouts in last week, but just couldn't push myself to do more. π¬ So my numbers didn't change much, but I'm still headed in the right direction. I'm so excited to see everyone's determination here. You are all so inspiring!! Have a great week everyone. ππ½ββοΈ Locatedβ¦

When I told my partner I'm only 1lb away from losing 30lbs. he said "you know, I'm really proud of you; the way you've stuck with it and managed it". Now THAT is worth a whole lot of happy scale days!!!
-
Work in progress:)

OMG, I sooo feel ya! Those WTF weigh-in's are disappointing to say the least. But we can, and are, doing this!!
-
You all are so inspiring!! Any and all tips appreciated. TIA

@aubreyjordan and @kryssie7038 I'm a newbie lifter but would love to connect. I am just starting TLS so would benefit from sharing experiences. π€

Those disappointing times are rough (I've had, and continue to have, plenty), AND you're still going. So not a goose egg from my perspective. Way to stick with it!!
-
Wow, what a loss. Of course it certainly IS real, but why is the question. I love to see the scale moving around, as I know it's part of the process and WILL settle lower if I'm not cheating;). I'm interested to see what happens this week! Great job... Hugs to you:)

Wow, what a transformation already!! Wonderful...
