  • That’s awesome, unfortunately with all of the travel restrictions we weren’t able to see snow this year.
  • This is currently my favorite keto snack or light meal with only 168 calories and 10 grams of net carbs. I prefer the Crepini egg wraps to the cauliflower wraps.
  • I’ll finish the day with 600 calories left because I have a back tooth bothering me and it hurts too much to eat. Maybe I should skip seeing the dentist tomorrow, this could be very slimming!

  • My daughter is home from college through the weekend so we went and had a nice lunch. I was able to stay on my keto plan so was feeling pretty good until I got home and checked the calories. My lunch was 1400 calories! I definitely did not have that in my budget. I have no regrets about going and learned to check my meal…

  • We’ve been buying meals from Factor and it has helped a lot! I know they are at the house so when plans go sideways I don’t have to stop for fast food, there’s a meal waiting at home that’s ready in 2 1/2 minutes.
  • I bought some wireless ear buds yesterday that will help me stay on my feet more. My old pair were constantly snagging the wires on things around the house so the new ones will let me keep moving while listening to conference calls and taking phone calls.
  • Weekends are tough for me! If I could string a few great weekends together I could have a good loss but I struggle with the holidays and birthdays. On the bright side I’m eating significantly less than I used to!
  • @micki48 I overdid it this week so I’m taking today as a rest day. I’d like to average 8k per day but I think I may need a couple days per week to let my ankles, knees, and hips rest.

  • How often do you get on the scale? I may get on too often. Has anyone found weighing less often actually helped to lose weight or stay on track better?

  • Last night I couldn’t sleep and didn’t want to keep my wife awake with my tossing and turning so I got out of bed. Huge mistake! I got the munchies and probably ate 750 calories of nuts and snacks before finally going back to bed. It’s very frustrating when that happens!
  • @micki48 - you beat me by 200 steps last week. I’m shooting for 3rd place this week so already added those extra steps yesterday. 😜 Great job everyone!
  • I’m up a few pounds after the holiday weekend but logged and stayed within my calorie range so it should come off fairly quickly. I hope it’s just water and that huge steak I ate yesterday. Good luck to everyone, let’s win every category again this week!!

  • PW: 255.0 CW: 249.4 This is my largest weekly drop over the last three months. The only thing that changed was that I bought a 46 ounce Yeti water bottle that I carry everywhere. I’ve never been a good water drinker so it’s interesting to see that staying hydrated seemed to help this week.

  • I haven’t had the app adjust my daily calorie allowance since I started losing weight. I had it adjust them today and I lose 80 calories per day. That’s going to hurt!
  • NSV - I’ve gotten lightheaded a few times over the last few days and thought it was because I got my first covid shot Sunday. Turns out my blood pressure has been too low because of my weight loss (down around 34 pounds). Starting today the doctor has me cutting one of my blood pressure pills in half. I will be happy when…
  • Is there a way to have your daily calorie goal automatically decrease as you lose weight or is that something you go in and do manually as you lose weight?
  • I’d like to join the step team and will set a daily goal of 8000 steps. Thank you!
  • @jugar How many steps will 50 minutes of reformer Pilates count as for the step/exercise team?
  • I’m new here, what is the step team? Thanks!
  • Thanks and yes I would fly into Calvary.
  • I see we have several teammates living in Canada ..... do you think Canada will be open for travel this summer? I had really hoped to do some backpacking at Mount Robson for my 50th in July. Do you think that will be possible?
  • My weight today is 255 so I’d like to use that as my starting weight. I’d like my weigh in day to be Fridays (I previously said Mondays). My name is Gary and I live in Florida. This is my first month with this group. I’ll be 50 this summer. My youngest started driving last month so I suddenly have extra time in my days and…
  • Thank you, good to be here. I’m just finishing a 12 week group and was able to drop 25 pounds over that time. The losses have slowed so I look forward to working with the team to keep each other motivated. I live in Florida. I’m following a keto diet and also tracking calories here. Good luck to all, let’s kick some butt!
  • Started May 1st and was down 17.5 at the end of the 4th week. It was very difficult the first few weeks but I’m finding it much easier now.
