I am at a similar point as well, although I did not lose as quickly. I have set my losing rate for these last few lbs to lose .5/week along with my appropriate activity level. yes you should at be eating 1428 plus more....that is what you burn if you do absolutely nothing all day. Recommended BMI is 18.5-24.9. If you put a goal weight in, based on what is healthy for your height and frame size, MFP will calculate your calorie goal. Just make healthy choices so you feel good!
