  • yes you should at be eating 1428 plus more....that is what you burn if you do absolutely nothing all day. Recommended BMI is 18.5-24.9. If you put a goal weight in, based on what is healthy for your height and frame size, MFP will calculate your calorie goal. Just make healthy choices so you feel good!
