Been rubbish. Been out so much last week. 1 lb gain put me off track. Should have been glad only one! Amazed. Anyways Just for today. 1. Healthy snacking 2. Pilates and then gym with my son (was going for run) 3. Track everything!!! Want to lose 12 lbs by may! !!

Yesterday didn't meet goals. I was out for lunch and didn't track from there. Not dwelling on it. Out today too...try again. It's much easier when in a routine. Just for today. (At lunch) 1.make good food choice. 2 track 3 going to pilates unless guy comes for car. Walk for 30 mins if he does.

Yesterday I gave into toffee pudding and custard! Didn't even enjoy it! So I went on a cleaning frenzy to burn calories. At least house tidier. I'm going out to Indian for lunch/booze today. Just for today. 1. 20 min power hoop. 2. 30 min gentle walk. Calf muscle too sore. Definitely can't run 3. Track as best as I can
