I'm sorry, I didn't realize it was offensive or used mostly in that world. To me it's just an expression to remind myself that eating something high in calories and low in nutrition isn't worth it in the long run when my goal is to lose weight.

I use a coconut oil cooking spray, just a tiny spritz works to keep food from sticking and it barely has calories at all

Avoid beer, it's high in carbs. Stick with light colored hard liquor. Clear ones usually have fewer calories. My go to is vodka and club soda with lemon. Limes are slightly more bitter which doesn't help mask the bitterness in vodka as well as lemon. Also some brands of flavored vodka don't have extra calories which makes…
