I'm wondering if this might be what's going on! I just moved up quite a lot in the intensity of my work outs. So hopefully it has something to do with that. I think I'll check back in a couple weeks to see what's happening. I might go crazy if I weigh myself every day haha

Yes I do! Then I do my work out about 4-5pm and I feel hungry when I go to sleep. I can't seen to find the right amount of calories to add to my diet. I keep increasing it but I still feel hungry all the time pretty much.

I did 25 minutes Denise Austin boot camp cardio and strength training. It was my first time with this particular routine and I almost didn't make it through it but I held on and kept pushin forward.

I must not be taking in enough calories because it is alway right after my work out that I become hungry. I'm not really sure how many calories my work out burns but it's pretty intense with a lot of plyometrics and high impact aerobics. Yesterday about 40 min worth. My TDEE is about 2640 calories. So my calorie goal right now is 1640 a day. I took in around 1930 calories and burned 300 in exercise.

I looked but didn't see it so I hope this isn't a repeat but I found that low fat 1% milk small curd cottage cheese is a great source of protein. Serving size is 1/2 cup 80 calories 12g protein

I will add that while my current goal is weight loss I will eventually be looking to tone and add a bit of muscle. I'm assuming adding muscle comes later! Haha

I'm with everyone that said give up pop and drink water! For me this was the most important thing
