What keeps you motivated?
For me it's all the endorphins after a hard work out. I feel great and lately after each day I find myself looking for the refreshment over again! I love feeling healthier and stronger, it motivates me to keep pushing.

Low fat Tuna recipes
Can anyone share low fat tuna recipes? I'm looking for lots of protein but limiting my fat intake. A lot of tuna recipes call for Mayo and mayo is packed with fat and oil. So I'm looking for alternatives

What's the best time of day to workout?
I do my workout about 4pm everyday. Today I did 15 minutes strength training and 25 minutes HIIT. However by the end of the evening after dinner I find I am extremely hungry even though I've met my calorie goal. I wondered if it would help to change what time I work out?

Sugars
Everyday I always go over my sugar goal. However, I get all my sugar from raw fruit and vegetables and from my daily fiber one bar. Is it unhealthy to take in so much sugar? I'm hitting around 62grams per day. I do not drink sugary drinks or soda. Only water.
