I am 6 months post partum and in the best shape of my life. Honestly I strongly encourage you to add a weight lifting routine if you want to tighten your core. Squats and dead lifts have been remarkable not only for my legs and booty but my core as well! What your eating is awesome body fuel so you're on the right track!

Thanks!! I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and started working out 5 weeks ago. Right now I'm at a stand still with my weight. I've been lifting weights and a lot of my friends have been telling me the scale stopped moving because of body recomposition but they can still see a noticeable difference. I was just worried that it had…

Also here in the US all of the above are legal. So I'm not sure about other places

Yes there are a lot of unknowns about it which is surprising given how long it's been around to be studied lol. For me personally though I find it best to avoid because of it's addictive nature and "possible" carcinogen effects.

No the nicotine itself really is bad for you. Just the nicotine. Nicotine is a carcinogen and it causes bladder cancer, intestinal cancer, and causes vessel constriction within the body. I had a surgery awhile back and my doc would not perform It until I was free from all nicotine for at least two weeks meaning, no…

If nicotine is banned that would be why they're not selling them then. Nicotine itself is very bad and harmful for you even if it is vaporized and not smoked. I don't agree however the government should be telling people what to do to that extent, but eh different place are just diff I guess.
-
I decided to go cold turkey and not use any type of nicotine. Nicotine is actually one of the most harmful chemicals in cigarettes and causes bladder cancer so I want to get rid of nicotine entirely! The first 3 days I was a whiney emotional mess haha but I'm not really worried about the quitting. Doing an intense cardio…

I've heard mixed reviews on it previously. I've heard it's your appetite that it changes then I heard that it slows your metabolism.

Don't get me wrong I wasn't puttin the guy down. But when I look at him my first reaction is not "wow he's a really fit guy" personally I have always felt that he looked like he would benefit from eating a bit more base on how he looks. And again this is just based on appearance well because that's what that particular…

Was referring to the meme about him working out his whole life and not being very fit lol. And also DopeitUp I disagree about cardio videos not doing much for you. Depending on what it is, it certainly can. Especially some of the kickboxing ones and weight training ones. No diff then taking a class at the gym. After my…

Lol at Richard Simmons!!!! I always wondered about him. Hhah

And yes I have been taking measurements. I recently start measuring forearm and wrist to find my body fat percentage and it says I'm at 25% and I'd like to be 20%

Ok. I see. It's just frustrating for me as the whole reason that I am on this weightless journey is because I just had a baby daughter 4 1/2 months ago and I had extra weight to lose. I've always been about 125lbs my whole life so when I look at the scale and see 150lbs it's discouraging. But this is my first time at…

These are hilarious. Lol

I'm not sure you read it right haha. I've been workin out 6 days a week for the last month and started when my daughter was 3 months old, that makes her now 4 months old ^_^ I'm just going to try it both ways, with shoes and without, and see which feels best!

Now that's dedication! Haha

Thanks so much! The pain is relatively new I've only noticed it twice now. Today I focused on my legs and core which maybe added to the ankle soreness I was experiencing. I actually do almost all of my workouts entirely in my home, unless it's weight lifting day at the gym, so most of the time I'm completely barefoot! Haha
