My name is Deepu 32 year old. Mother of two girls 4 and 2 yr old. Lost 15 with mfp. Starting at was 178.Looking to lose 35lbs more. Currently Iam 162.8lbs and 5'2. I live in US. Iam overweight my whole life and after pregnancy Iam obese.

You are doing great and lot of difference in 2 months. But don't be in too much calorie deficit as body needs more calories for breastfeeding. If your intake is very low your supply will get hit. Try Eating clean and healthy. Just my 2 cents.

I have only lost 15 lbs so far. Today 3 different people told (all separately) me that Iam losing weight and asked what I was doing? I was happy that there is noticeable change. I still have 35lbs to lose to be I the max range of healthy BMI. They made my day.

Thank you for all your replies. I will try using it and see how it goes. Iam thinking there will not be armrest and that might hurt my shoulders. Guess I have to try it once to test.

I have Pcos too. But my periods are regular and I have 2 kids. Second one conceived only after one try. I gained 30lb with first one and lost 20lb. With second one I gained 20lbs and lost 10lbs. I want to lose 40lbs now and it's very hard . My A1C is 5.8 and says increased risk for diabetes . Contemplating if I have to ask…
