Half way there!

So I'm not totally to my goal weight, but today I felt the need to share my progress. Some days, I look in the mirror, and don't feel that anything has changed. Here's to a little more than half-way there!
Start: 158.5 pounds. (Still don't want to admit that to myself). Body fat unknown... Very little muscle
Now: 144 pounds. 21% body fat; definite muscle gain.
Goal: 135 pounds and/or 16-17% bf.

I have a waist, now... and feel stronger than ever. 9 pounds to my goal, and hoping to keep it up!
