I eat around 10 or 11 - have switched to three meals a day no snacks and seeing a big difference in fat loss and maintenance. I find I am not as hungry. My go-to breakfast is two hard-boiled eggs with Frank's Hot Sauce and a homemade chia pudding.

I went for a family dinner at a burger place - had the turkey burger - no bun with salad. One onion ring. One beer - tasted amazing. I feel satisfied - didn't need more.

I had attended a birthday lunch with a group of co-workers -Indian buffet. For once I managed to eat sensibly and stay on track. Chose healthiest options, ate slowly and had very small portions. I plan for a mid-afternoon snack. Seems to prevent me from overeating when I walk in the door. I don't eat after dinner. I try to go to bed early if I am in a snacking mode.
