Thank you for your reply. I've a step counter built into my phone and I just use the calories burnt from that and enter it, as like you said MFP says it's quite a bit more burnt, would rather put a lower burn to be certain. :)

I took it a few years ago. You loose weight but I found as soon as stop taking it i just put weight on again and then some. It's not worth it
