its water retention.our bodies fluctuate when were making changes to it.weight Lois's is not linear,it peaks and valleys. but you should check your scale to make sure its accurate.you can weight something that weighs five pounds like a bag of rice,then weight it an hour later to see if the same thing happens.

make a workout schedule,like cardio 5 x a week,and strength training 3 x a week. losing that much weight that fast will only make you gain it back.your goal should be to lose no more than two lbs a week.

yes,I think its a good food philosophy bc its just another way of saying that u r 'eating clean' where you don't eat anything that comes in a package.

I think I'm like that too,where if I don't keep it in the house, I won't eat it.I will also eat the less desirable junk food so I won't eat so much of it.they really make junk food addictive,I think sugar is naturally addictive but HFCS and other processed food addictive make it even more addictive.

if u just keep doing what u r doing the weight will start to come off again... remember not to add salt to your food bc it makes u retain water. do MORE of what you're used to.instead of 10 pushups,do twenty.

if u r exercising and eating 1200 calories u wont gain weight by going into starvation mode,bc 1000-1200 calories is the limit where u won't go into starvation mode.but u can still lose weight at a higher calorie goal like 1400-1600.
