yes, u should not eat bread, rice, and other carbs.carbs convert to sugar, and they r fattening.read the Atkins diet list of carbs u should and shouldn't eat.I am on a low carb diet where I don't eat more than 100 grams of carbs a day, and I am seeing results.

it works great... also cut out all condiments, sugary drinks, juices, and smoothies, all of these things r loaded with calories and sugar. u can have them sometimes, but mostly don't have them.that's what I do, and I'm seeing results. many people don't think about those things but they really have a big impact on calories.

you should drink only water. coffee made me eat a lot, bc it stimulated my appetite.but that's me, see if it's the same for you, iow something to look out for.

I agree with you,except for number 1. I havent had a green smoothie. I don't drink juices or smoothies bc they r high in sugar.

set your strength training to lightly active.you should log your walking hours.you should also log your strength training so you'll know how often and how much you strength train.if you want to increase your strength training,you'll know how much.strength training is important in weight loss,too.

if you don't have low energy,take a vitamin to supplement your nutrition.I take them whether or not I eat 1200 calories a day, my goal, bc I take them with breakfast.

calories eaten +calories burned =net calories. if your calorie goal is 1200, then eat 1200 calories by the end of the day.
