I always think about how far I have come and how satisfying it is to see my completed diary. I know that if I skip a workout, I might keep skipping and I don't want to do that. It also helps having some great friends on your profile to help with motivation and be there for support.

Another super easy method to eat healthy is freezer meals! You just throw all ingredients in a freezer bag, and when you want to eat it, unthaw in the fridge overnight and throw it in the crock pot for the day. This was my life savior during the spring when I had class all day. I would come home and food would be done.…

It's definitely not easy. I've been off and on with my journey to losing weight. The thing that is helping me right now is setting little goals. Every 10 pounds or so I decided to reward myself with something small I want. Like a piece of jewelry, book, etc. I also made a chart with my before pics on it and the numbers…
