Just saw this! I actually just finished another long challenge from nov-apr and I only lost 5 pounds I'm trying to get my motivation and determination back that I lost over that time. My 36th birthday is in November so it would be amazing if I could get as close to my goal weight by Halloween! I'm not going to set a goal for this challenge, I'm only going to say as close to my goal weight as possible. I'm taking it a month at a time.

My husband and I are going on a cruise this september which one stop is paris and was told the parisians are not too fond of fat americans. I dont want to be one of them.

Okay, I am officially restarting after Easter today. Back to 5am alarms and work, so back on track. Although I gained a couple over the last two weeks I’m sure it will come off quick enough. But on a nsv I went to a party yesterday and was for the first time not ashamed of how I looked! I almost took a bathroom selfie, lol. I still want to get to my goal weight, but I am really enjoying not hating my appearance! Yay!! Have a great week everyone x0 -
How's everyone doing? I was planning on having a maintenance day yesterday and I did so great...until wine happened last night. So it turned into a binge night, which I'm not proud of but today's a new day and I'm working on letting it go and just moving forward. Drinking lots of water today and I plan on going for a long walk after work.2

I would like to join too! Not sure what my weight is at the moment. The challenges always help me lose- the problem is that I have difficulty sticking to it. My reward at the end of the challenge will be a weekend trip to somewhere fun. Not sure what my goal will be but I will figure that out in the morning.1

Good week for me. I got in 3 days of strength training and running and are decently for the most part. Down 1lb this week for a total weight loss of 60 pounds since I started last summer! I have a bachelorette party to go to tomorrow night, so I plan to workout tomorrow to give me a little extra wiggle room. I’m sure I’ll still be over my calories though.

Just checking in. I am glad to see so many joining. I am easing my way back into my calorie allotment after dropping out for a while. Still over but better than yesterday again. I 'll get there. I have a big work project that is requiring hours and hours and hours of sitting at my desk but thankfully I am almost finished. This is what derailed me.
