I just want to eat everything. I don't crave gluten. I crave nuts, cheese, gf cookies, EVERYTHING!! It's terrible! It's as if I can't get full!

I try to stay away from processed foods. I agree that processed gluten free foods will not help you!! They are simply gluten free junk food.

The rash is common with a gluten intolerance. Some people only have the rash. However, that is a sign that your gut is experiencing inflammation. Like aimeerhiannon said, you do have to be eating gluten in order to be diagnosed. The blood test, unfortunately, is not a good test...too many false negatives.

I have celiac and eat totally gluten free because I have to. I was told that if even you have the celiac gene ( I have 2), it takes some kind of trigger to set it off.
