Good advice. I am in the same boat, I have put on 6 lb. since the summer and even though that is not a lot of weight on my 4'11" frame it shows,( around my middle) have to re-program my thinking.

I am 4'11" used to be 5'. Age and osteoporosis have taken me down a notch. I am 67yrs old and have been on MFP for 5yrs now. Starting weight 126 now 106. 126 to 114 kept it off for 5yrs, now 107 I know it is not a huge weight loss but I am only 4'11 and 67 yrs old . You are right, it can be done.

Vanity!!! I am in my 60s , no spring chicken but still vain :) and only 5' tall.
