Ann, as usual, has words of wisdom!! I have reached my goal weight, but still struggle with getting way off track at times. One thing that helps me is weighing every am and writing it down. Sometimes I journal about how things are going. Other times, I just put my weight down. I’m not in competition with anyone else. My…

Pre-logging really helps me. Sometimes I change things, but it’s relieves a lot of stress knowing I have a plan for the week of things I like, and that fit in my calories.

Impressive!!! Congratulations!!

I’ve really decided sugar or chocolate just makes me crave more. I’ve tried to moderate it, but I can’t. My strategy THIS WEEK is to leave sugar alone as much as possible. Someone said earlier that it’s easier for them. I think it does get out of my system and I crave it less. I’m struggling with some schedule changes and…

Prayers@lesdarts180 I’m sorry your family had such a hard week. It sounds like he is getting really good care. I hope you all have a better week and you can get some rest.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Chilly and rainy here today. We put our tree up and decorated the porch. Hoping for a warmer and drier day tomorrow. Trying to navigate the leftovers, especially the pies! I managed to send most them home with family, but still have some pecan pie lurking around. :). I had some…

Many of us have struggled with maintaining. I know you are frustrated, but you know you can lose. You have proven that. Make reasonable goals for each month. Just get started. You are going to do this!

I had lots of sizes in my closet, too. As I lost weight, it actually was motivating to try on those to remind myself that I was getting smaller.i wore some older favorite things, but mostly, I ended up needing smaller things. My husband teased me about shopping in my closet! ( I only bought new things I could wear, though!)

You might think about getting a treadmill. It gets really hot here in the summer, and I use one then. I had a standing desk the last year, I taught, and I loved it, too. ( Teachers usually are up, not sitting, so it was very convenient to put my laptop on and move as I wanted. ). Lots of good ideas from others here. I know…

Set small goals. Two lbs or three. Plan meals ahead. Be sure to pick things you like. Go for a walk. Drink lots of water. Find an eating schedule that works for you. I have to be careful about snacking, so I eat later in the day. (Breakfast around 11:45 and so on.). I also love peanut butter, so I measure carefully, but…

This! I’m 5’3, age 64. Adding a two mile walk in a day (or split it up), walk the dog, sweep leaves off the deck, vacuum or mop...I’m learning to increase neat plus just trying to get a good walk in each day. It will all give you more calories.

Wow! Great job!! Have a wonderful time!

Always glad to have more friends!

Great start!

Look at your macros and see if you can change those up to be more satisfied. Make sure you are getting enough calories for your day. I fall into the binge/restrict cycle sometimes. It’s easier to add in a lunch that is more satisfying or breakfast (regardless of the time) if I’m especially hungry that day then to be…
