Hi claire, good luck with you're new adventure. Hope you succeed in getting to your goal weight. The only advice i could offer is try not to waste your calories on to much crap otherwise you won't feel full and then you'll get tempted.xx

Hi ya. Good for you hun. Ive lost almost 2 stone since November and I've mainly cut way down on carbs and increased my protein, mainly steak and chicken with loads of salad or veg and have found it really easy. Hope you to get on well.x
