I'm 5ft 2 and have lost 30 lbs in 10 weeks. I'm currently doing Atkins diet and exercise 5 times a week.

I do eat fish, eggs, cheese and vegetarian products such as quorn and I always make sure I have plenty of fats in my diet. Just because I'm vegetarian doesn't mean I can't follow a low carb diet I've even read of some vegans following it too. Weight loss has been good and I have so much energy

I guess it was an easy mistake to make, so back to square 1 again today. But overall I have felt great and not hungry at all
