  • I unfortunately don't have many positive mantras because I tend to be in denial about my poor eating/exercising/being overweight. I'm trying to break these horrible habits. The one mantra I have is when I go for a run/walk. "You got this so don't stop!"

  • That is exactly how I feel! I have convinced myself to "think thin and you are thin" until I see a picture of myself. I will try taking pics to see if it helps.

  • I found that if I don't eat enough at lunch and my snack in the afternoon I am starving by dinner which causes me to overeat. I have learned from it and make lunch and breakfast the same amount, but have a larger snack after lunch so I don't overeat at dinner.
  • I will sometimes "forget" that I ate something bad like a chocolate bar an not log it so I stay under my calories.
