Ah thanks for the encouragement. I got an extra 60kcal yesterday and only realised Id eaten it at end of the day. But ur right healing is the priority. Thanks :)

Hi I really struggle with my iron levels too and have tried all sorts of suppliments. The best with the least side effects for me was a tonic called floradix. All the others made me constipated. If you like liver I used to find that really helped too.

Hi, I know the feeling getting tired of same thing. So eventually I realised if I set one day aside for food prep say a sunday. I make a big pot of soup and say a Bolognese sauce or curry heavy on the veg... Then portion it all up freeze half of each dish. Then on a Wednesday I may do another pot dish and portion and…

Thanks guys all sound advice, it's just been such a long journey Id be disappointed with a real set back... But ur right I'll check with team :) But will adjust in meantime to sedentary goal. Thanks again
