Unfortunately everything is pretty high fat. I usually opt for half a rack of ribs as its below 1000 calories. But it's Valentine's Day. Have a treat and don't feel bad about it. :)

Feel free to add me. Let's motivate each other :)

I've dieted my entire life! Or so it feels. Fallen off the wagon so many times. So I joined MFP and am now treating it as a lifestyle change instead of a "diet" and this time feels different. This time is different.

Yeah, I weigh it out when cooked, but you're right. Many people may not know this.

So many things! But the biggest eye opener was basmati rice. I weighed out 100grams and thought "WTF" I probably used to eat 600grams, maybe even more before logging food.

960 calories is nuts!

I'm from the uk. Feel free to add me :) Also looking for support
Thanks man! I appreciate the support, probably a dumbo for asking this but is there a way I can track exactly how many calories I burn durning a workout? I've seen like step and calorie counting watches and wristbands, but how do you measure it when you weight train?
I wouldn't count calories when weight…

Hey man. First off I just want to wish you good luck with everything. You absolutely need to train. Lifting weights doesn't burn as many calories as you think it does. It would be pretty silly to gain the weight and then start lifting.
