I use quaker oats original sachets and make it with water, tsp cinnamon and zero cal syrup (butterscotch, zero fat and zero sugar) from The Protein Works. So yummy!

I'm totally with you :) sick and tired of binging! I hate publicising my diary but I can make it exclusive to you? I always plan my lunch and dinner ahead of the week then add extra foods when I have them! We can do this :) I have a wedding too on 5th march so I need to be ready! I joined a while back but never committed to it. Now I just want to see what I'm eating from tomorrow and see if I can lose body fat! Okay, I will try to stop running on a Sunday like you suggest and see how that affects me. Thank you!
