    Struggles or successes of your week:
    I struggled at first when I realized I needed my settings to be at sedentary rather than lightly active, so I lost some daily calories - and also realized I had over-eaten the previous two days. I also ended up going over my calories last night but that was a special occasion so I don't feel too bad over it. I will eat a little less today and go to the gym and that should be good.

    Successes: I went to the gym 3 times last week and had a good workout. My attitude is good and I feel very secure in the belief that THIS time, I'm going to make it. Of course I said that last time, but oh well. ;) I know my 6 lb loss was probably at least 3-4 lbs water weight, as I had not been drinking enough water at all recently, but still at 2-3 lbs of "regular" weight, I'm happy with that.
