I am also a coffee drinker and there are tons of benefits to quitting! But as far as weight loss goes you are drinking "empty calories" unless you drink your coffee black....which can be pretty brutal when your trying to shed pounds....I mean if your drinking it occasionally it would be OK but for us everyday drinkers it…

As long as it is the same time everyday then it's totally up to you and your schedule! And as long as your wearing the same thing....you dont want your clothes to have too much of an effect! Hope this helps:)
