I absolutely loved win fit not only that I ended up just slim and lean as I didn't even realise it was happening...now I go gum and my little boy has it...hmm maybe I should go play sometime might be the answer to my problems :)

Hi all I'm leigh and I'm aiming for a stone loss but half is my first goal. ..breaking it up so the journey is not as long and boring...I attend the gym at least 4 times a week and I also calorie and step count...hope ur all feeling strong and determined today feel free to add me and deff share hints and tips :)

Trying to stick to veggies and low calorie treats and green tea....it will defiantly tone your body though it really makes you sweat

hiii all...I started today managed the warm up, all 12 and the cool down...just wondered has anybody seen body/weight results...

try h.i.t its said to be more effective than cardio alone...it combines various exercises in shorter bursts which effectively make them more manageable :)
