Hi. I'm new and from Florida and New york state. I hope to saty consisitently on the program designed for me by this site. I get bored after a while and slack off, and then its a dive downwards . I hope being on this site wil give me the encouragement I need.

^th day on diet. I did loose my 1 lb. as planned. Sometimes the wheather keeps me from walking. I have a mini trampoline, but don;t know how to chart the calories lost.

Jot food down on note pad and log once a day at the end .

Hi. I am new to this program. I am trying to stay within the guidelines , but lean towards a lower carb count. My Dr suggested Paleo, but I don't eat much meat. She also likes gluten free . its hard to comply with all that. I dont find it hard to stay within the calorie limits.I will be happy to offer support.

I think the motivation begins when you see some weight loss. I have lost faith in my ability to loose.

Hello. I,m 69 and trying again. I have been on every diet imaginable, and lost, but gained it back. I fall off when I quit writing everything down. I really want to win this battle and stay healthy for my grandkids. Good luck with your program.
