After not exercising and eating unhealthy, I decided it was time to stop and think how my Life was going down hill... I was feeling older, looking tired, I had no energy! Until finally I said I need to change my bad habits. It's been 2 weeks and I have changed eating and active habits. I am proud to say that I have lost 6lbs!! A number I hadn't seen drop for over a year and Now I'm finally seeing results....
