Wow, looks like a couple of people on here that I need to get together with about low sodium diet recipes, hints, tips and what other great things you might be doing. Good luck! Since I am not a vegetarian, I was thinking about whey protein as a substitute for you per katiek1119's comment. I have it on the weekends with fruit like a smoothie.
