Hi everyone! My name is Heidi and I am a college student. After unfortunately gaining the freshman 15, I'm looking to get back on track with my diet and exercise. I have also newly become a vegetarian for personal reasons, and I'm hoping tracking my food intake and exercise will help me to keep a balanced diet and hopefully lose some extra weight. Wish me luck!

Good luck! Remember to get your protein in, going vegetarian makes it harder to eat enough protein.0

Good luck! Since I am not a vegetarian, I was thinking about whey protein as a substitute for you per katiek1119's comment. I have it on the weekends with fruit like a smoothie.0

Thank you both! I eat a lot of Morning a Star products which are great!! They have a ton of varieties of veggie burgers, veggie dogs, and even veggie chicken patties! They taste awesome and are packed with protein. Personally I prefer them to meat products because they don't leave you feeling crappy afterwards!0
